Take better (skin)care of yourself this winter

Selfcare is important all year round, but when it comes to skin, winter can be especially harsh. It’s a good idea to dial up your selfcare and put a bit more effort into your skincare regime to avoid dry, itchy or uncomfortable skin.

 

Exfoliate weekly

 

Keep dry skin under control with regular exfoliation and moisturisation.

 

  • Before showering or bathing, use a dry brush to brush your skin in an upwards motion towards your heart, starting from your feet to your chest to boost circulation and remove dead and dry skin

OR

  • Create your own home-made exfoliator using Vaseline Petroleum Jelly and some brown sugar or coffee grounds. Gently rub all over your body being careful to avoid any sensitive or broken skin.

 

Complete this self-care routine with an ultra-nourishing cream like Vaseline Nourishing Argan Oil. Take your time and massage this deeply moisturising cream into your skin, paying extra attention to any dry areas and stretch marks
